Data Science Computing for Economics

Prerequisites

A minimum grade of 2.0 in ECON 300; MATH 126; ECON 382 or ECON 482; and either STAT 311, STAT 390, or Q SCI 381.

Description

Provides technical foundations required to do rigorous computational analytical work with economic data and models, either in an academic or professional setting. Includes learning how to gather economic data programmatically, use industry standard tools to analyze it, and build custom tools.
